Light Button on xExchange and Agora

Hi guys,

My eyes are not what they used to be and these times are quite dark, i propose to light up the xExchange and agora website by adding a LightTheme over it to rest our tired eyes and see the end of the tunnel :smiley:

What do you think about it ?
