I can't login using xportal

It’s been weeks maybe months since I’ve been able to login to Xexchange

Login using my phone does not work.

I have a pixel 7 updated
Xportal. Updated.

Without being a able to access I’m looking faith

If I can’t use my phone to access I won’t be able to access.

If this is a known issue fix it!

If not someone please respond.

I’ve already answered you on the xExchange Telegram channel, but letting this also here, just in case.

There are no general issues reported and it works on my end.

Do you encounter the same issue while trying to connect via browser + xPortal & QR code, as well as via xPortal - Discover - xExchange?

Also, did you already try all of the below?

  • clear xPortal cache
  • phone restart
  • switch to another Internet connection (WiFi/mobile data), if possible

I have tried various wifi, starlink and just phone data.

I do not experience any issues using a laptop and QR code.

I have just cleared the cache and it has no effect on operation.

It’s appears stuck in a loop, i click xportal, I expect it to open the app to authorize, but it just loops back

Just to double check, have you tried to restart the phone as well, right?

Also, can you please check if you have any active connections in xPortal?
Go to xPortal - click on the MvX logo - Wallet Connect (this should be available to select if you have any active connections) - Disconnect all

Today was the first time I could login in weeks, not shew what has changed, although it wasn’t perfect took a couple attempts.

My fear is that others experience the same and just move onto another exchange. Like I have no issue logging into other exchanges. This exchange is the most difficult to connect to.

If the issue reappears, please also try the troubleshooting mentioned in my post above and let us know if the issue persists.

Also, a new xPortal version dropped today, so don’t forget to update your app :pray:
