Some pages have taken a bit too much time to load, in my opinion. For example, this is significant on the portfolio and energy pages. I hope improvements can be made to ensure smooth navigation upon the mainnet release of xExchange V3 
Additionally, why does the content on some pages, except for the navbar and footer, reload when the page is refreshed, even though the content has not changed?
