Hello, I think boosted farming rewards in xmex is not something that is incentivizing people to join the ecosystem. It either has to be boosted mex rewards instead of xmex, or boosted fees rewards that will come through the fees pools(instead of farming rewards). I think getting a boosted reward on something that will be locked is not a good incentive. Thanks.

XMEX farm rewards can be unlocked immediately (by paying a 80% fee). So technically, we are already distributing non-locked rewards.
However, people are not aware of it and an idea could be to improve the frontend and smart contract to allow to claim MEX rewards (so claim XMEX + unlock under the hood). This is something that is being considered and might be included in a future release.
