How do I add xExchange token? “Create new pool” is not found

Have you tried to do it here? 
It’s worth noting that only the token owner wallet can create pools for it via the xExchange frontend, to make it available for trading.
im a owner of a token, but i cant create a pool. How can i do to do a new LP?

Are you sure that you’ve connected with the token owner wallet?
