Add SWTAO and SEGLD to new pool creation GUI to enable users to initiate new LPs with them.

Thank you for the suggestion, @smokedalien !

Enabling the creation of new pools with these two tokens is not feasible at the moment, as there is currently no EGLD pair with them.

This means that even if they are whitelisted for pool creation, their $ price cannot be determined.
